MOT-TER: A porous construction

This work explores my relationship with my mother and through remembered gestures; the cyclical expressions of the body as a construction of identity, both of ‘womanhood’ and of myself. Underpinned by feminist narratives, this is an exploration of truth, agency and our inherent ideologies surrounding gender & heritage.
